Greg has been a director of BSR Solutions for 20 years, and a management consultant for more than 30 years. His industry and government consulting experience spans information management & technology (IM&T) strategic planning; project management; systems analysis and design; organisation and methods; cost benefit analysis and system implementation; business process review and re-engineering; contract outsourcing reviews; and project post-implementation reviews.

Greg has provided strategic advice to senior management, and developed IM&T strategic plans and associated business cases, for more than 60 NSW Government agencies and public utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) Degree from Dalhousie University in Canada, and is a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), and the Institute of Public Administration of Australia (IPAA).

Robert has ten years experience in leading the public sector Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) agenda.

Until the end of December 2004, Robert was Deputy Director-General of the NSW Department of Commerce and was responsible for the Office of Information and Communication Technology (OICT). As head of OICT, Robert's role was to develop, drive and deliver the strategic information management and technology agenda for the NSW government.

Robert has extensive knowledge and understanding of public sector processes and networks at senior executive level. Robert's expertise covers ICT procurement, contract, risk and stakeholder management, as well as solution design, planning, resourcing and financial control.

Prior to joining the NSW Government, Robert worked in the commercial sector for over fourteen years in Telecommunications services, product development, sales and marketing management. This experience was gained in organisations including Bayer Australia, Comalco Ltd, Telstra and OTC.

Director, Business Strategy and Planning – Natasha Scully

Natasha is a Communications specialist with over 13 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Government Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, Business Strategy, Program and Project Management, Change Management; Not for Profit, Community and Philanthropic Project Development, Product and Service Development and Market Implementation.

Her Strategic Consulting expertise includes Business Strategy Development, Business Planning and Business Case Development.

With a passion for technology and innovation as enablers to community and economic development, Natasha has spent over a decade implementing innovative ICT programs and projects in the public and private sectors that drive triple bottom-line outcomes.

Prior to working in the public and private sectors, Natasha was an Advisor to a Federal parliamentarian. She has extensive networks, knowledge and experience of the machinery of government and the political environment.

Director – Harish Palagummi

Director – Harish Palagummi

Harish has over twelve years experience in management consulting, and has project managed numerous business strategies, been instrumental in developing and deploying key ICT Strategies, and managed ICT Services assignments involving assessment of current/future state transformations, business applications, infrastructure, resource capacity, governance and strategic sourcing.

Typically, these assignments have involved a strategic approach, in thoroughly analysing the business need and then managing the enterprise architecture, development and deployment of the aligned solutions to provide the value creation.

Previous engagements have encompassed various sectors, inclusive of Government, Arts and Entertainment, FMCG, Media, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Education.

Director – Bill Barrett

Director – Bill Barrett

Bill Barrett was a co-founder of BSR Solutions in 1986. Before entering the consulting profession, Bill had 16 years of experience as a senior executive in the finance industry. He has also been actively involved in information technology (IT) within industry and government sectors, working with inter-departmental committees to establish guidelines and principles for government organisations in relation to IT.

Bill has been involved in numerous assignments for major organisations, including the development of strategic IT plans, business cases, program and project management, and quality reviews for government agencies, utilities and private sector organisations. Bill is a member of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia (IPAA).
