BSR Solutions Works on Shared Services
Optimising Shared Services
The NSW Department of Housing recently engaged BSR Solutions to review its internal ICT organisation structure and processes. BSR and Housing worked collaboratively to identify potential productivity improvements from work process reforms and better use of shared service solutions in line with NSW Government ICT policy.
We are also working with the Department of Commerce in developing the processes for multiple NSW Government agencies to make use of common facilities in new office facilities across NSW. Our work with the agencies moving into the building will ensure they can make the most productive use of a common reception area, meeting rooms, communications equipment and network infrastructure.
These engagements demonstrate our continuing experience and capability in working with public sector agencies to develop shared service solutions.
